Who we are
Two companies, one shared direction.
Nordica Invest was established through the merger of Rydman Development and Nordica Marbella. It brings together Simon Rydman's and Peter Andersson's experience in property development, project management and value-creating investment with Nordica's more than 40 years in residential sales and the Marbella market.
We identify and develop residential properties in Marbella, in areas where demand from international buyers remains strong. Value comes from active development and enhancement of each property, not from relying on the market alone.

The people behind Nordica Invest.
Partner
Simon Rydman
Simon has more than ten years of experience in property development and has been involved in more than 50 completed residential projects, spanning acquisition, development and sales.
At Nordica Invest he is responsible for investment strategy, architecture, project development and capital allocation.
Partner
Peter Andersson
Peter has lived and worked in Marbella for more than 15 years. Through a wide network of agents, architects, contractors and investors, he brings market insight, access to opportunities and operational support throughout each project.
Sales & Partner
Peter Rosén
Peter was born in Gothenburg but has lived in Marbella since 1981. He learned the business working alongside his father and brother at Nordica, the agency his father founded in the early 1980s.
Peter leads the sales team and loves the interaction with clients, and he has also built long-standing relationships with banks and construction companies.
